Traditional Yoga

As a certified teacher of traditional Himalayan yoga, I share a practice that goes far beyond physical exercise. Yoga supports the balance of body and mind, helping us cultivate inner stability, awareness and a deeper connection with our true nature.

Meditations

I guide group meditations both in person and online. These are guided meditations given by Mohanji and are offered in several languages. Through forgiveness, gratitude and opening the heart, these meditations help release inner tension, reconnect with ourselves and cultivate peace, lightness and inner clarity.

Mai - Tri Method 

The Mai - Tri Method is a profound practice of deep energetic cleansing and harmonization. It helps release deep-seated subconscious blockages and restore inner balance. As blockages are released, greater clarity of mind emerges, allowing us to recognize and transform unhealthy habits, thoughts and behaviors. This process supports natural self-healing and alignment of body, mind and spirit.

Mohanji Future Mapping Process

Future Mapping is a guided process that helps us recognize recurring emotional and behavioral patterns in our lives. By becoming aware of these patterns, we can feel, release and transform them. It is not about predicting the future, but about changing the direction of our life through awareness and conscious choice.

Conscious Dancing

Conscious Dancing is a dynamic guided meditation through free and intuitive movement. It helps release emotional tension and inner blockages while bringing awareness into the body. Through movement, breath, sound and music, this practice supports inner alignment, openness of the heart and a deeper connection with oneself.

One - on - One Guidance

I am available for individual sessions, offering a personal and attentive approach. In these sessions, we explore your current challenges, listen deeply, and I can recommend specific practices that may support your inner transformation.

Work with me

I am available to lead programs in different cities around the world, both online and in person. These programs include yoga, meditation, Mai - Tri sessions, Conscious Dance, Future Mapping, and other guided processes designed to support inner transformation. I also offer individual sessions tailored to your personal needs. These may include one-on-one Mai - Tri sessions, guided meditations or processes, helping you release blocks, gain clarity, and align with your inner balance.
